Nov. 24 City Council Meeting The Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the City Council Chambers located at 100 East Main, Suite 500. Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. Work sessions, if scheduled, begin at 6:30 pm
Architectural Review Board (ARB) Meeting - Dec. 28 The Architectural Review Board meets the fourth (4th) Monday of each month, depending on the business at hand. Please check the calendar for up-to-date meeting dates.

PPD Blue Santa program begins December 1st - Dec. 1 - Dec. 19 PPD's Blue Santa helps families in need in our community have a happy Christmas. Donations of food and new toys are collected from Dec. 1 thru Dec. 18. They are wrapped by Blue Santa volunteers and delivered to homes on December 19.
In 2008, Blue Santa was able to assist 211 families.
Over 850 children received more than 4,200 wrapped toys
All of the families received food to help with Christmas dinner.
Assistance was also given to Travis County North Rural Center, Travis County Brown Santa, Round Rock Blue Santa and some area churches.
Pflugerville Council of Neighborhood Associations (PfCONA) - Dec. 8 The mission of the Pflugerville Council of Neighborhood Associations (PfCONA) is to serve as a medium to increase citizen input and involvement in area planning and policy formation, and to facilitate cooperation and communication between various governmental entities in and around the greater Pflugerville area. The committee addresses the role in neighborhoods in identifying and addressing quality of life issues.

2009 Old Town Holiday Stroll and Christmas Parade - Dec. 12 It's Holiday Stroll time again. This year is Pflugerville's 4th annual event and the Schedule is bursting with shopping, kids activities, antique cars and cycles all topped off with the Christmas Parade and Community Tree Lighting.
Downtown Planning Committee Meeting - Dec. 16 The monthly meeting of the Downtown Planning Committee which was established to make recommendations regarding the Downtown Master Plan and items related to the City's Central Business District. All meetings are open to the public.

Paws and Read! - Dec. 12 An opportunity for independent readers to share a good book with a canine member of the Austin Dog Alliance. Pre-registration is required; call or stop by the library for more information.
Ghost Hunters of Texas - Dec. 16 Members of the Ghost Hunters of Texas will give a talk describing the methods and equipment they use when exploring for paranormal activity. They will also share some of their experiences in ghost hunting, particularly in the Austin area.
Library closes at 6:00 p.m. - Dec. 31 The Library will close at 6:00 p.m. in observance of the New Year. We will reopen Saturday, January 2nd at 10:00 a.m.
Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting - Dec. 7 The Pflugerville Planning and Zoning Comission meets the first Monday of each month. Agendas may be viewed at this site 72 hours prior to each meeting.
Holidays at Heritage Park - Dec. 11 Revisit Christmas Days from the past. Holidays at Heritage Park offers choirs, carolers, children's arts and craft and FREE pictures with Santa. Bring the family and start a new holiday tradition.
